There are things to be done, and skills the role requires.

    Lead a team of Tender Coordinators
    Develop and implement robust and consistent Training and Onboarding programme for new team members and sales representatives
    Work with global and regional teams to implement and manage tender tracking / contract lifecycle management tool
    Drive consistency across tender responses
    Implement/improve the tender management procedure, process & governance across the region
    Develop/acquire tools required for reporting & to gain market insights
    Conduct post tender reviews to improve future tender responses
    Feed key market intelligence to the commercial team
    Work with internal stakeholders in developing strategies to win tenders
    Internal/External communications.

    Liaise with the Commercial (sales, services, support, finance, contracts) teams to meet overall objectives
    Additionally, you will assist with the development of corporate standards to ensure that the company is always represented in a professional and consistent manner.
    Attract, develop and retain talent, helping to guide career paths and driving employee satisfaction

Required Skills

    People management experience
    Experience in a similar role and industry preferable
    Excellent English language knowledge (other European language desirable as the team covers EMEA)
    Knowledge of the life sciences and clinical diagnostics market desirable
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Good computer literacy and presentation skills
    SFDC and SAP experience desirable
    Degree level or similar educational qualification

Required Experience

    The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong tender related background and preferably experience within marketing / business development / bid management
