Role Summary
- You will help protect Natural Resources Wales’ computer systems and data.
- You will find and stop cyber threats to keep the organisation safe.
- You will follow important rules like GDPR and ISO 27001.
Key Tasks
- Look for and check cyber threats.
- Fix problems and keep systems safe.
- Work with teams inside and outside the organisation.
- Report weekly to the security team.
- Update the risk report about dangers and how to stop them.
Skills And Experience
- You must live in the UK for at least 5 years to get Security Check clearance.
- You need to hold a valid UK driving licence.
- You should be able to work both in the office and from partner sites if needed.
Pay And Hours
- Details about pay and hours will be shared during the application.
Location And Workplace
- You will work in Bangor or Cardiff offices.
- Flexible working is supported with some days working at home.
- Travel between offices and partner sites may be needed.
