Role Summary
- This job is called Stewardship and Events Officer.
- You will help people who can give a lot of money to the charity.
- You will plan special events to thank and inspire our supporters.
- You will help create a Development Board to get more money for the charity.
- Your work will help build strong, long-term relationships with supporters.
Key Tasks
- Plan and manage a new program of events for supporters.
- Help start and run the Fundraising Development Board.
- Support the Supporter Care and Philanthropy Teams with admin tasks.
- Make sure we follow fundraising rules and data laws.
- Create special moments that make supporters happy and surprised.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in fundraising, supporter care, events, or customer service.
- Can lead projects and work with different people involved.
- Good at using project management software and tracking progress.
- Able to organise all parts of events, both in person and online.
- Work in ways that keep children, young people, and adults safe.
Pay And Hours
- Part time 22.5 hours a week.
- Flexible working hours can be discussed.
- Pay is £29,835 a year (pro rata for part time).
Location And Workplace
- Based in Bristol with hybrid working.
- You must work at least 2 days a month in the Bristol office.
