Role Summary
- You will plan and manage big projects about walking, wheeling and cycling.
- You will make sure projects are done on time, in budget, and follow rules.
- You will work with others and help local communities have their say.
Key Tasks
- Lead the planning and delivery of active travel projects.
- Manage money, time, and people well.
- Work with partners like councils and developers.
- Help your team do a good job and grow.
- Find new opportunities and help write proposals.
Skills And Experience
- Experience managing projects, budgets and risks.
- Knowledge of travel plans and safe routes.
- Good at leading teams and working with different people.
- Comfortable making plans and solving problems.
- Care about safety and wellbeing for all people.
Pay And Hours
- Pay is £37,904 per year (less if part time).
- Full time is 37.5 hours per week.
- Flexible working can be discussed.
Location And Workplace
- Work near Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle hubs.
- Hybrid working: part at office, part at home.
