Role Summary
- Help create safe places for walking, wheeling and cycling.
- Use clear thinking and creative problem solving.
- Work with a team to deliver design projects.
- Support the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust’s mission.
Key Tasks
- Manage simple projects from start to finish with help when needed.
- Use smart and green design ideas.
- Make clear and accurate designs.
- Work with partners and local people.
- Help write project proposals sometimes.
Skills And Experience
- Have a degree in a related subject or several years’ work experience.
- Use design software well.
- Know about safe, healthy streets and inclusive design.
- Understand health and safety rules.
- Work in a way that keeps children and adults safe.
Pay And Hours
- £33,265 per year for full time work.
- Full time is 37.5 hours a week.
- Flexible working can be arranged.
- Permanent contract.
Location And Workplace
- Work in a hybrid way - partly from home and partly at a local Walk Wheel Cycle Hub.
