Role Summary
- You will help run important meetings and tasks for the charity.
- You will work with the Board, leaders, and teams to keep things organised.
- Your job is to share correct information with the right people on time.
- You will support good rules and follow the law for charities.
Key Tasks
- Organise and support Board and committee meetings.
- Keep important records and governance processes up to date.
- Help with trustee recruitment and support them after they join.
- Update and keep track of charity policies and rules.
- Make sure all tasks follow charity law and good practice.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in governance, especially in charities or public sectors.
- Have supported boards or senior leaders before.
- Understand UK charity law and legal rules like those from Companies House.
- Good at organising and managing many deadlines.
- Confident working with trustees and senior leaders.
Pay And Hours
- Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary: £37,904 per year (less if part time).
- Flexible working hours can be discussed.
Location And Workplace
- Hybrid work – work partly from home and partly at a Trust Hub near you.
- The Trust is called Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.
