Role Summary
- You will help manage contracts for NRW (Natural Resources Wales).
- You will give advice and support for medium and high-risk contracts.
- You will work with many types of contracts like sales, grants, and leases.
- You will help make sure contracts follow rules and deliver good value.
Key Tasks
- Support contract managers from start to end of contracts.
- Check contracts follow rules on data, security, and anti-fraud.
- Help manage risks and changes in contracts.
- Coach and guide other staff on good contract practices.
- Improve how NRW works with contracts to be consistent and efficient.
Skills And Experience
- You should know about contract management and commercial work.
- You need to understand rules about contracts and good governance.
- You should be able to help others and share your knowledge.
- You should work well with others and be willing to learn.

Location And Workplace
- You will work from the NRW office closest to your home.
- You will have a mix of working from home and office (hybrid working).
- You will have planned face-to-face meetings or training as needed.
