Role Summary
- This job is for a Group Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
- You will lead nursing, midwifery, and allied health services.
- The job covers hospitals and community services in South West London.
- You will help improve care for over 2.5 million people.
- You will make sure care is safe, kind, and good quality.
Key Tasks
- Lead nursing and health teams across the group.
- Make sure patients have a good experience and their voices are heard.
- Help set strategy as a member of the hospital boards and executive team.
- Promote safety, quality, and fairness in all services.
- Work with partners to improve care and reduce health differences.
- Support a positive and inclusive work culture.
Skills And Experience
- You must be a senior nurse with Board level experience.
- You should have led large clinical teams before.
- You need to know how to improve care and safety.
- You must be good at working with different people and solving problems.
- You should care about fairness, inclusion, and putting patients first.
