Role Summary
- Helpdesk & Resources Coordinator at Westminster City Council.
- Support the Workplace and Facilities Management team.
- Help with building repairs and customer service.

Key Tasks
- Answer requests for building repairs from staff and users.
- Record and log all job requests carefully.
- Talk to people by phone and email to solve their problems.
- Follow up with teams to get help or approvals.
- Check invoices and fix any billing problems.
- Plan your day and meet deadlines.
- Work with teams to improve customer service.
Skills And Experience
- Good customer service skills from working in helpdesks or with customers.
- Experience using computer systems for managing jobs.
- Calm and patient, even with upset customers.
- Can work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive and flexible attitude.
- Can support others with different questions and problems.
Pay And Hours
- Salary between £34,359 and £37,509 per year.
- Salary depends on experience.
- Work 36 hours per week.
- Temporary job for up to 6 months.
