  • You will be the Head of Finance for Repairs.
  • You will give financial leadership to the Repairs team.
  • You will help make important financial decisions.
  • Your work will help make Repairs better and safer.
Key tasksKey Tasks
  • Lead a team that gives monthly money reports.
  • Make sure reports show risks and chances to improve.
  • Write reports for the Board and senior leaders.
  • Plan budgets and forecast future costs.
  • Help budget holders work better and save money.
  • Follow accounting rules and prepare for audits.
  • Work with other teams to improve Repairs.
  • Find ways to make Repairs more productive.
  • Keep up to date with rules and trends.
  • Support the two DLO teams with finance and reports.
  • Create and use measures to track productivity.
Skills and experienceSkills And Experience
  • You must be a qualified accountant (CCAB).
  • Have experience in different sectors including housing.
  • Give good financial advice to leaders.
  • Good at planning and working with others.
  • Can meet deadlines and manage many tasks.
  • Able to challenge and support others well.
Pay and hoursPay And Hours
  • You get 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
