Role Summary
- You will work for Natural Resources Wales.
- You will help protect the environment in South East Wales.
- You will check big industrial and waste sites to make sure they follow rules.
- You will handle emergencies and complaints about the environment.
Key Tasks
- Visit and inspect industrial and waste sites.
- Make sure sites meet environmental standards.
- Investigate environmental problems and take action.
- Use rules to make sure companies do the right things.
- Drive to different sites in North and Mid Wales when needed.
Skills And Experience
- You must have a driving licence to drive in the UK.
- You should be able to work at short notice and handle unplanned visits.
- Good decision making and working safely are important.
- You should be able to use computers for online meetings.
Pay And Hours

Location And Workplace
