  • Support policy work for private companies’ governance.
  • Summarise research and prepare updates for senior staff.
  • Help and guide junior team members.
  • Attend meetings and share good briefings.
  • Work on projects that improve company behaviour.
Skills and experienceSkills And Experience
  • Know UK company rules and how government and others work together.
  • Experience in governance or stewardship roles.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Can work well with others and share ideas clearly.
  • Can explain complex information simply, in writing and speaking.
  • Can spot important trends to guide new policies.
  • Able to manage many tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Can lead junior staff and work well in a changing environment.
