Role Summary
- Lead the Teifi Demonstrator Programme.
- Help restore the River Teifi and its land.
- Work with nature, culture, and local people.
- Make a big positive change for the environment and community.
Key Tasks
- Lead a small team and many partner groups.
- Manage a project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
- Find smart ways to fix problems like climate change and river health.
- Follow rules and work well with money, legal issues, and plans.
Skills And Experience
- Have experience managing big, complex projects.
- Be good at solving different problems.
- Care a lot about nature and local communities.
- Work well with others and lead a team.
Pay And Hours
- The job lasts until 31 March 2028.
- Flexible working is supported.
- You will work from an office close to your home.
- Some meetings or training will be face to face.
Location And Workplace
- Work near your home in a Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office.
- NRW is the group that looks after nature and places in Wales.
- You will work partly from home, partly in the office.
