Role Summary
- You will manage facilities management (FM) contracts like cleaning, security, and catering.
- You will lead contract procurement and renewal.
- You will work with many people inside and outside the Council.
- You will help improve services through problem solving and teamwork.
Key Tasks
- Manage large FM contracts and suppliers.
- Work with procurement colleagues on buying services.
- Create contract details and set performance measures (KPIs).
- Keep contract records and monitor renewals.
- Make reports on contract performance.
- Solve contract problems and improve services.
Skills And Experience
- Experience managing contracts and contract performance.
- Good at keeping detailed records on computers.
- Able to monitor and manage budgets.
- Organised, positive, and good at customer service.
- Strong communication skills to work well with others.
Pay And Hours
- Salary between £56,436 and £62,742 per year, depending on experience.
- 36 hours per week.
- Temporary contract up to 12 months.
