Role Summary
- This is unpaid work experience for students aged 15 and over.
- It lasts one week in July 2026 at our office in Bangor.
- You will help with sorting and scanning documents.
- You will learn about data and record keeping.
Key Tasks
- Sort documents to keep or destroy safely.
- Scan documents and save them properly.
- Organise image slides for scanning.
- Check document titles for accuracy.
- Help find and manage physical data.
- Learn about new record management systems.
- Follow health and safety rules.
Skills And Experience
- Want to learn about scanning and document management.
- Good at paying attention to details.
- Interested in environment and our work.
- Want experience in an office.
- Can travel to the office on your own.
- Want to build confidence working with others.
- Basic Welsh language skills (Entry Level A1) are needed.
Pay And Hours
- This is unpaid work experience.
- Around 25 hours over one week, hours agreed with you.
Location And Workplace
- Based at Maes y Ffynnon office in Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor.
- Work in a small, friendly, and supportive team.
- Learn about data and customer service.
