Role Summary
- Work as a Personal Assistant (PA) for senior leaders.
- Help busy leaders stay organised and manage their work.
- Support includes managing diaries, emails, meetings, and travel.
- Work part in office, part from home with some flexibility.
Key Tasks
- Check and manage leaders' emails and diary plans.
- Arrange and support meetings.
- Book travel and places to stay for leaders.
- Keep notes and action lists to help the team.
- Work closely with the Chair, Chief Executive, and Head of Governance.
Skills And Experience
- Experience as a PA for senior or executive leaders is needed.
- Be organised, pay attention to details, and plan ahead.
- Good communication and people skills are important.
- Be helpful, positive, and willing to do extra work.
- Work well alone and as part of a team.
- Able to use technology like Microsoft Teams for meetings.
Pay And Hours
- The job is based in Cardiff with flexible working.
- Some days working remotely and some in the office.
- Hours and pay will be agreed when offered the job.
Location And Workplace
- You will work from the Cardiff office and from home.
- Work with a small friendly team of experienced PAs.
- Regular office work helps build good relationships.
