  • Write reports, take notes at meetings, and prepare papers.
  • Keep records, databases, and spreadsheets tidy.
  • Help book rooms and support students living at the College.
  • Work with contractors and other workers on site.
  • Help with projects and send out newsletters.

  • Communicate well and be friendly to others.
  • Pay attention to details and be accurate.
  • Use Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Pay and hoursPay And Hours
  • Full-time job, 36.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Work from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Salary starts at £28,578 per year.
  • You get 39 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
  • Other benefits include pension, free lunch, parking, and travel support.
