Role Summary
- Help protect 30% of land and water by 2030 in Wales.
- Work with farmers to create plans that help nature.
- Support the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS).
Key Tasks
- Make management plans for special protected sites.
- Give advice about conservation and rules.
- Work with farmers and partners to protect nature.
- Help with wildlife, water, and land quality.
- Visit remote sites to check and give permissions.
Skills And Experience
- Know about managing protected places and nature.
- Understand conservation laws and rules.
- Good at working with people and teams.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Can work from home and in the office.
Pay And Hours
- This is a fixed job until 31 March 2027.
- There might be a chance to make the job permanent.
Location And Workplace
- Based at NRW office in Buckley, North West Wales.
- You will visit many remote sites.
- Flexible working with office and home days.
