Role Summary
- You will lead important property deals at Peabody.
- This includes selling or transferring property and working with partners.
- Your job is to find ways to make Peabody’s property work better.
- You will make plans to improve value and manage risks.
Key Tasks
- Lead big property deals from start to finish.
- Create plans to improve property value, like lease extensions.
- Manage legal and business talks to protect Peabody’s interests.
- Make sure projects follow rules and budgets.
- Communicate clearly with residents and others involved.
- Build strong working relationships with partners and colleagues.
- Support and lead your team to do their best work.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in property management and negotiations.
- Good at understanding property data and risks.
- Strong skills in leading complex talks and closing deals.
- Able to build good work relationships.
- Experience in leading and helping a team.
- Good at writing reports and giving presentations.
- Able to think ahead and work with different teams.
- A degree or property qualification is a plus but not required.
Pay And Hours
- 30 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.

- Work is based at Peabody’s Head Office in London.
