  • This includes selling or transferring property and working with partners.
  • Your job is to find ways to make Peabody’s property work better.
  • You will make plans to improve value and manage risks.

  • Lead big property deals from start to finish.
  • Create plans to improve property value, like lease extensions.
  • Manage legal and business talks to protect Peabody’s interests.
  • Make sure projects follow rules and budgets.
  • Communicate clearly with residents and others involved.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners and colleagues.
  • Support and lead your team to do their best work.
Skills and ExperienceSkills And Experience
  • Experience in property management and negotiations.
  • Good at understanding property data and risks.
  • Strong skills in leading complex talks and closing deals.
  • Able to build good work relationships.
  • Experience in leading and helping a team.
  • Good at writing reports and giving presentations.
  • Able to think ahead and work with different teams.
  • A degree or property qualification is a plus but not required.
Pay and HoursPay And Hours
  • 30 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
