Role Summary
- You will help managers plan and use people and tools well.
- Your main work will be with the Delivery team at first.
- You will make sure teams get the support they need to work well.
- This is a part-time Permanent job, 22.5 hours per week.
Key Tasks
- Design easy ways for teams to share people and resources.
- Lead on using the Access Resource Planner system across the Trust.
- Create simple plans to use resources better and avoid delays.
- Check and report how resources are used to help future planning.
- Make a clear guide for planning and using resources.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in managing resources and reporting.
- Good at helping teams through changes.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Good at talking and working well with others.
- Care about the safety and wellbeing of all people.
- You don’t need to meet everything but should try to apply.
Pay And Hours
- Salary £49,287 per year (pro rata for part-time).
- Part-time 22.5 hours a week with flexible working options.
- Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.

- Work anywhere in the UK.
