Role Summary
- You will work for CIW, the group that checks social care and childcare in Wales.
- Your job is to help teams with their admin work.
- You support teams that inspect, register, or provide other support services.
- The role is for up to 12 months with chance to become permanent.
Key Tasks
- Answer phone calls and emails and pass them to the right people.
- Keep records and manage team mailboxes.
- Arrange meetings and take notes.
- Help prepare and check reports.
- Use digital systems to enter and check data carefully.
- Give a bilingual service where possible to the public.
- Support colleagues in different teams when needed.
- Keep all information private and safe.
Skills And Experience
- Good at using computers and software like Microsoft Teams.
- Able to communicate well by phone, email, and in person.
- Organised and able to manage many admin tasks.
- Able to work as part of a team and help others.
- Can keep information confidential.
- Willing to learn new skills and improve your work.
Pay And Hours
- Starting pay is £27,302 a year.
- Pay can go up to £29,291.
- Full-time work is usual, but part-time and job share applications are welcome.
Location And Workplace
- The job is based across Wales (Pan Wales).
- You might need to travel to different office locations.
