Role Summary
- You will lead the daily running of the Pension Data Platform.
- The platform shows people all their pensions in one safe place.
- You make sure the service works well and is secure every day.
- You work with technical teams, suppliers, and pension providers.
Key Tasks
- Keep the service running reliably and meet service goals.
- Lead quick fixes for big problems and communicate clearly.
- Check data and create reports to improve the service.
- Guide new pension providers to join the platform.
- Manage good relationships with pension providers and suppliers.
- Prepare the service for updates and growth.
Skills And Experience
- Experience leading large digital services that run all the time.
- Worked in regulated areas like finance or pensions.
- Managed many suppliers and partnerships.
- Handled incidents and fixed problems quickly.
- Stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Use data to improve service performance.
- Explain technical issues simply to others.
- Make wise decisions about risks and service safety.
Pay And Hours
- Senior leadership role with competitive pay (exact pay not stated).
- Full-time work; mostly national working with 4 days per month in Bedford.

- Work nationally across the country.
- You will spend 4 days each month in Bedford.
