Role Summary
- You will be Head of AI for 18 months at Peabody, a big housing provider in London.
- You will lead how Peabody uses artificial intelligence, called AI, to help residents and staff.
- Your job is to make real improvements using AI, always putting residents first.
- You will build plans and lead projects to bring AI ideas to life safely and fairly.
Key Tasks
- Create and follow Peabody’s AI Strategy to help residents and the organisation.
- Manage AI projects that improve services and make work easier.
- Make sure AI is used fairly and safely with clear rules and controls.
- Work with teams inside Peabody and with outside experts.
- Help staff learn about AI and its good use.
Skills And Experience
- Experience leading AI or digital projects.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and how to handle data safely.
- Understand how to use AI in a fair and responsible way.
- Can work well with many people and explain AI simply.
- A leader who helps others and shares ideas openly.
Pay And Hours
- This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
