Role Summary
- You will help the FRC with rules about how companies are run.
- You will check reports from companies and groups that manage money.
- You will help write reports and give advice.
- You will work with a team and sometimes go to meetings.
- You will work on both company rules and money management rules.
Key Tasks
- Look carefully at company reports about how they are run.
- Write the yearly review about company reports.
- Support rules for big private companies.
- Check reports from money managers who want to join the Stewardship Code.
- Help with the application process for the Stewardship Code.
- Collect examples and data to help make new rules.
- Write summaries and help with research.
- Attend meetings and take notes.
- Work on projects about good company rules and money management.
Skills And Experience
- You should have a university degree or good experience in business or company rules.
- Know about UK company rules and how government and regulators work.
- Understand company reports and money management reports.
- Be able to write clearly and meet deadlines.
- Use Microsoft computer programs well.
- Work well with others inside and outside the FRC.
- Be able to understand and explain reports clearly.
- Be a team player and work flexibly.

- You will get paid by the FRC.

Location And Workplace
- The job is in the FRC office in Birmingham, UK.
- You will work part at the office and part from home (hybrid working).
