Role Summary
- You will lead the maintenance and care of the college grounds and buildings.
- You will manage teams for estates, housekeeping, accommodation, and lodge.
- This is a senior role reporting to the Bursar and working closely with college leaders.
- The job helps keep the college working well and a great place to study and work.
Key Tasks
- Plan and manage building upkeep, repairs, and new projects.
- Support big building projects and improvements.
- Make sure health and safety rules, including fire safety, are followed.
- Help the college be more eco-friendly with a focus on sustainability.
- Lead and support teams to do their best work.
- Help manage budgets with the Bursar.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in managing estates and maintenance work.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Able to plan and deliver projects successfully.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Able to manage budgets well.
- Able to work well in a busy, fast environment.
Pay And Hours
- Permanent full-time job.
- 40 hours each week.
- Salary about £80,000 per year.
