  • Work to keep reservoirs safe in Wales.
  • Gain experience in checking and managing reservoirs.
  • Help the team with data and reports.
  • Learn from experienced engineers on site visits.

  • Register reservoirs and check their risk levels.
  • Support safety checks and maintenance.
  • Help with reservoir closing (decommissioning).
  • Collect and analyse data to spot safety trends.
  • Join site visits with qualified engineers.
  • Assist with enforcement if rules are broken.

  • A recent university graduate.
  • Motivated to learn and help keep people safe.
  • Good at working with data and identifying patterns.
  • Interested in engineering or infrastructure management.
Pay and hoursPay And Hours
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Contracted to the nearest office to your home.
  • Hybrid work: some days at home, some in office.

  • Based at a Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office near you.
  • Attend meetings and training planned in advance.
  • Use Microsoft Teams for interviews and some meetings.
