Role Summary
- You will lead building safety for over 400 homes.
- You will make sure buildings follow the Building Safety Act 2022 rules.
- You will work with leaders, residents, and safety experts.
- The contract lasts 24 months in London SE1.
Key Tasks
- Create and follow a safety plan for buildings.
- Check that buildings are safe and fix risks.
- Write and send reports about building safety.
- Keep information about buildings correct and easy to find.
- Work with the Building Safety Regulator to get certificates.
- Talk with residents about building safety concerns.
- Lead a team to improve building safety all the time.
Skills And Experience
- Experience leading building safety teams.
- Know the laws about building safety.
- Good at talking and writing clearly.
- Can manage risks and solve problems well.
- Have or working towards a relevant degree or qualification.
Pay And Hours
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
