  • Be a Wales Board Member for the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
  • Help make water services better for people in Wales.
  • Give advice and represent Welsh water consumers.
Key tasksKey Tasks
  • Help plan CCW's work and future direction.
  • Lead the Wales Committee and speak up for Welsh consumers.
  • Attend Board and public meetings in Cardiff, Birmingham, and other places.
  • Work with Welsh Government priorities and give evidence from Wales.
  • Check and challenge how CCW works.
Skills and experienceSkills And Experience
  • Have senior experience in private, public, or charity work.
  • Be passionate about helping and representing consumers.
  • Be able to think carefully and challenge ideas in meetings.
  • Be good at working with others and building trust.
  • It is good to know about water or public finance and speak Welsh, but not musts.
Pay and hoursPay And Hours
  • Work about 4 days each month.
  • The role lasts for 4 years.
Location and workplaceLocation And Workplace
  • Work mainly in Cardiff.
  • Travel to Birmingham and other places for some meetings.
