Role Summary
- You will be Executive Director, Place Operations at Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
- NRW looks after Wales' natural environment and natural resources.
- You will help turn big plans into real actions.
- You will lead teams and work with many groups to protect nature.
- Your work will help communities, businesses, and nature in Wales.
Key Tasks
- Lead NRW's services all over Wales.
- Make sure work is done safely and well.
- Balance looking after the environment and helping people.
- Work with Welsh Government and others to do good work.
- Help develop leaders and support staff wellbeing.
Skills And Experience
- Good at leading teams and building trust.
- Can work well with different people and groups.
- Know how to manage complex projects and challenges.
- Able to help others do their best.
- Can speak clearly and represent NRW to others.
Pay And Hours

- Flexible working hours are available.
- You will work mostly near your home office.
- Some face-to-face meetings and training will happen.
Location And Workplace
- You will be based near your home in Wales.
- A mix of office and home working (called hybrid working) is allowed.
- Regular meetings and training will be planned.
