Role Summary
- Help fix rivers in Wales that are polluted by old metal mines.
- Work with a team to find solutions and improve river health.
- Give technical and admin support to the project.
- Visit different places to check the environment.
Key Tasks
- Collect and check information to help decision making.
- Take part in environmental monitoring and site checks.
- Help with projects that improve the environment.
- Travel to remote sites for field visits.
Skills And Experience
- Must have a full and current UK driving licence.
- Able to work both in the office and outside in the field.
- Good at organising and giving support to a team.
- Interested in protecting the environment.
Pay And Hours
- The job supports flexible working times.
- You will work part time in the office near your home.
- Some work will be done at home (hybrid working).
- Face to face meetings and training will be planned in advance.
Location And Workplace
- You will work at the nearest Natural Resources Wales (NRW) office to your home.
- You will visit remote sites as part of the job.
- Interviews will be face to face.
