Role SummaryRole Summary
  • You will manage projects to improve the National Cycle Network.
  • This includes walking, wheeling, and cycling paths in North-West London and nearby counties.
  • You will work with communities, local councils, and other groups.
  • Your job will help make travel safer and more accessible for everyone.

  • Lead projects from planning to completion.
  • Work with partners to deliver infrastructure improvements.
  • Find new project ideas and help make them happen.
  • Write reports and give updates to share progress.
Skills and ExperienceSkills And Experience
  • Degree or similar work experience in transport or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work or 5 years in active travel or urban planning.
  • Good knowledge of walking, wheeling, and cycling project standards.
  • Experience managing projects and supporting bids for funding.
  • Ability to work safely with children and adults.
Pay and HoursPay And Hours
  • Salary is £33,265 per year.
  • Full time is 37.5 hours a week.
  • Flexible working can be discussed.
  • Part-time salary is paid pro rata (based on hours worked).
Location and WorkplaceLocation And Workplace
  • Work is partly from home and partly onsite.
  • Travel is expected around North-West London and counties Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
