Role Summary
- You will be the main expert for the ServiceNow platform in our cybersecurity services.
- You will design, build, and maintain special, custom applications.
- You will work with customers and the team to solve technical problems.
- You will lead the development team and help them learn.
Key Tasks
- Lead technical decisions and set coding standards.
- Create complex applications beyond standard capabilities.
- Write and review advanced JavaScript code on server and client sides.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and explain solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP.
- Keep the platform fast, secure, and easy to upgrade.
- Help solve difficult technical problems quickly.
- Guide and support other developers in the team.
- Write clear technical documents.
Skills And Experience
- At least 3 years using ServiceNow in complex customised setups.
- Expert in JavaScript and platform scripting.
- Experience leading technical teams and setting standards.
- Good communication skills to explain technical info clearly.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and System Administrator certifications.
- Experience with security-focused IT services is a plus.
