Role Summary
- Lead the UK team for MXDR Client Engineering.
- Ensure MXDR technology works well for clients.
- Manage a team of skilled engineers.
- Keep services running smoothly and safely.
Key Tasks
- Run daily work for MXDR engineering team.
- Plan work and share tasks fairly.
- Solve problems quickly when they happen.
- Work with other teams to improve services.
- Help team members grow and learn.
- Join an out-of-hours call rota for emergencies.
- Check team performance and find ways to improve.
Skills And Experience
- Experience leading senior engineering teams.
- Good at solving problems and working with others.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and MXDR technologies.
- Leadership skills and people management experience.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
Pay And Hours
- Good salary based on skills and work.
- 26 days holiday plus 4 extra days.
- Holiday pay equals 8% of salary.
- Performance bonuses and profit sharing.
- Work from home support and allowances.
Location And Workplace
- Based in the UK, working with a global team.
- Office in Manchester and many locations worldwide.
- Includes some out-of-hours emergency duties.
