Role Summary
- Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has two new jobs.
- You will help with climate change work in Wales.
- You will work on UK Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS).
- These jobs help businesses reduce pollution and save energy.
Key Tasks
- Check and approve permits for companies.
- Look at data about pollution and energy use.
- Do audits and inspections to check rules are followed.
- Help with rules and enforcement when needed.
- Lead work on ESOS in Wales for one job.
- Work with government and other regulators.
Skills And Experience
- Good at solving technical and complex problems.
- Able to explain information clearly.
- Good at working with different people like businesses and government.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
- Able to work well in a team and independently.
Pay And Hours
- Flexible working times.
- Contract will be with the office closest to your home.
- Work from home and office as agreed.
Location And Workplace
- Based in Wales.
- You will travel to sites to check compliance.
