Role Summary
- Be a Group Non-Executive Director for BSW Hospitals Group.
- Help guide healthcare for Bath, Swindon, and Wiltshire.
- Work with three NHS trusts serving many local people.
- Support good health services now and for the future.
- Bring your experience and ideas to help patients and staff.
Key Tasks
- Attend Board meetings to make important decisions.
- Give advice and challenge plans when needed.
- Help improve healthcare quality and fairness.
- Look after the Group’s money and resources.
- Work with others to meet patients’ and communities’ needs.
Skills And Experience
- Senior-level experience in any public or private sector.
- Good at thinking ahead and making smart decisions.
- Able to work well with different people on a Board.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Know about health, diversity, and fair treatment.
- Experience in clinical work, public health, or technology is a plus.
- No need for NHS experience, but it helps.
