Role Summary
- Lead the Office of Environmental Governance Wales (OEGW).
- OEGW is independent and checks on environment laws in Wales.
- Help Wales respond to climate and nature emergencies.
- Make sure Welsh Ministers and public bodies follow environment rules.
- Build a fair and safe future for Wales and its nature.
Key Tasks
- Watch if environment laws are followed.
- Investigate any worries about environment rules breaking.
- Give advice and guidance about environment laws.
- Help improve the environment in Wales over time.
- Run the organisation well from the beginning.
Skills And Experience

- Have skills in one of these areas:

- Salary is between £86,000 and £105,000.

- You will work mainly in the office but may need to travel.
