Role Summary
- Work as a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner at Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
- Help shape how the organisation manages and supports its people.
- Give advice and support to senior leaders to build strong teams and make changes.
Key Tasks
- Use data and employee feedback to find ways to improve workforce planning.
- Help improve employee experience and organisational performance.
- Support and deliver the People Strategy and important HR projects.
- Promote good HR practices across NRW.

- Experience working in HR, especially with senior leaders.
- Good at building strong relationships and influencing others.
- Able to understand complex information and turn it into clear solutions.
- Passionate about creating a positive workplace.
