Role Summary
- You will be the main engineer in charge of ICT systems.
- You will keep systems safe and working well all the time.
- You will help fix problems and support important systems.
- You will work with teams, projects, and suppliers.
- Sometimes you will work outside normal hours.
- You must have a full UK driving licence to visit offices or data centres.
Key Tasks
- Lead the support and running of physical and virtual infrastructure.
- Manage incidents and fix problems by finding root causes.
- Help with changes and get new services ready to use.
- Use data and feedback to improve services.
- Manage third-party suppliers and budgets.
- Lead and guide a team of engineers.
Skills And Experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems like Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Understand ITIL, a set of IT service rules.
- Experience managing teams and suppliers.
- Able to work with others and manage priorities.
- Full and current UK driving licence is needed.
Pay And Hours

Location And Workplace
- You will be based near the nearest NRW office to your home.
- You can work some days at home and some in the office.
- You must travel to data centres or offices as needed.
