Role Summary
- You will work as a TechOps Engineer.
- You help keep computer systems running well.
- You will work with both new and old systems.
- You need to travel to our Data Centre in Manchester.
- Sometimes you may work outside normal hours.
Key Tasks
- Look after computer networks, servers, and cloud systems.
- Fix problems quickly and keep systems secure.
- Help design new IT systems with your team.
- Teach and support other team members.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in a similar IT role is needed.
- Know how to use Linux and automation tools.
- Know about computer networks and virtualization.
- Able to work alone and in a team.
- Interested in learning new technology.
Pay And Hours
- The job may need some work outside usual hours.
- Flexible working options are available.
- You get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- You can buy up to 5 more days of holiday.
Location And Workplace
- Based mostly in the UK, with a global team.
- You will need to visit the Manchester Data Centre.
- The team works with new and secure IT systems.
