Role Summary
- You will be the main technical expert for customers.
- You help customers improve their cybersecurity.
- You explain security scores and suggest what to fix.
- You support customers and solve technical problems.
- You guide customers on their 12-month technology plan.
Key Tasks
- Know the customer’s technical system well.
- Explain security scores and what they mean.
- Create and update a 12-month plan focused on improvements.
- Lead technical parts of meetings with customers.
- Solve issues and answer technical questions.
- Give advice on security tools and improvements.
- Make helpful documents like automation guides.
- Check system health regularly.
- Spot security risks and suggest solutions.
Skills And Experience
- Experience in cybersecurity or IT support.
- Good at talking to customers, including leaders.
- Understand security monitoring and incident response.
- Know cloud systems and security tools.
- Can explain technical info in an easy way.
- Good at planning and fixing technical issues.
- Can work on both support and improvement tasks.
- Able to make reports and guides.
- Clear communication skills for all audiences.
- Customer focused and takes responsibility.
