Role Summary
- You will lead cyber security tests called Red Team engagements.
- These tests help find weaknesses in big company security systems.
- You work through all steps of simulated cyber attacks safely.
- You will help improve our tools and teach new team members.
- You talk with clients, including top company leaders.
Key Tasks
- Plan and run advanced cyber attack simulations following rules.
- Keep all tests safe and protect client information.
- Use special tools and write your own scripts to test security.
- Write clear reports about what you find for different audiences.
- Give talks to security teams and company leaders about results.
- Work alone or with a team on big projects.
- Help the sales team explain our services.
- Share knowledge and improve team skills and tools.
- Mentor junior team members and promote learning.
Skills And Experience
- Experience running complex cyber attack simulations.
- Good knowledge of hacking methods and how to avoid detection.
- Ability to work with clients and explain risks clearly.
- Strong writing skills for clear and detailed reports.
- Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud security.
- Nice to have experience with security rules like CBEST and TIBER.
- Certifications like CREST attack specialist are a plus.
