We have made good progress in improving the quality and standards of diabetes hospital care in recent years. But much more needs to be done. As an Associate Health Systems Consultant in our Health Systems Change team, you’ll play a vital role in helping the NHS across the UK unlock its potential for improving diabetes care. You will play an important role in supporting our work in systems practice, empowering those within the system to drive change and facilitate other systems change activities across the team.
The Ideal Candidate
In the Health Systems Change team, we don’t just accept the status quo – we challenge it. As the ideal candidate for this role you will be passionate about improving healthcare services and be experimental by nature. You will thrive on challenge and find practical steps to take in the face of complexity and ambiguity. You will be able to communicate our activities in engaging ways and enjoy working with others.
