Job Description
- Develop financial analysis and execute business models for critical initiatives.
- Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and program. Evaluate impact of off-price channels, marketplaces sales and promotional strategies.
- Manage and develop the finance team to equip them for rapid organizational growth and evolving business needs.
- Assist with working capital management and cash planning, with a strong focus on optimizing inventory levels, enhancing trade payables efficiency, and ensuring liquidity to support business growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly close analysis across all divisions and channels (wholesale, DTC).
- Oversee royalty calculations, accruals, payments and reporting in accordance with licensing agreements.
- Partner with operations to manage inventory levels, reserves, and obsolescence.
- Maintain and strengthen strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee and coordinate all external audits, including financial, banking, and regulatory.
- Monitor tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and timely payments.

- A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in inventory, AR, chargebacks, and insurance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
