Head of Customer Care & Experience

Persimmon Homes is seeking a Head of Customer Care to lead the regional Customer Care function, guiding and developing teams to deliver outstanding service. You will work with senior colleagues across Construction, Sales and regional leadership to keep customer experience central to every decision.

You will champion customer-first culture, raise standards with data and insights, and ensure governance, safety and regulatory compliance across the team.
