Guardian Jobs Has Closed

Guardian Jobs has now closed, as confirmed in the Guardian’s statement, An update on Guardian Jobs. If your recruitment policy or schools SLA still names it, that wording now points at a service that no longer exists.

No law requires you to advertise in a particular place. When you update the wording, describe what you need rather than naming a supplier. For example: “Vacancies will be advertised to reach a broad and diverse pool of qualified candidates, with dated records of where and when each role was advertised.”

That is where we fit. Diversity Jobsite works alongside your main job board, ATS and multiposter. It does not replace them. Bookings can reach disabled, ethnic minority, women and LGBTQ+ candidates across our network of eight specialist platforms.

Every vacancy includes an Outreach Evidence Record. It is a dated record of where and when the role was advertised, created while the vacancy is live and before shortlisting. You can file it for board reporting, EDI governance and audit.

Recruitment agencies are welcome to book on behalf of their clients.

Talk to us about your next vacancy, or ask for sample policy wording you can adapt.
