Human Resources Business Partner

Join Natural Resources Wales as a Human Resources Business Partner and play a key role in shaping our people agenda. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide trusted advice, challenge and support to help build high-performing teams, drive organisational change and deliver our strategic priorities.

Using workforce data, employee insights and business intelligence, you'll turn complex information into meaningful solutions that improve workforce planning, employee experience and organisational performance. You'll also help drive the delivery of our People Strategy, supporting transformational initiatives and embedding best-practice people approaches across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing at a senior level and using evidence-based insights to deliver lasting results. As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
